Backpack Kettlebell Full Body Workout
While browsing the internet we found this very neat video on YouTube. It is basically a poor man’s kettlebell workout using none other than a backpack!
This is very creative stuff – get a great workout on a budget to boot.
We would definitely not categorize this as a beginner’s workout – you will need to be in decent shape to try it as is. He’s even added some cardio/sprinting.
Give it shot or make your own adjustments. Just another way to get a great full body workout without spending money!
